If you have a financial product from Nationwide, you may:- Opt out of the sharing of your personal information with affiliates or third parties by calling 1-866-280-1809
- Access or correct your personal information by sending a written letter with your name, address and policy contract or account number to Nationwide, 1000 Yard Street GH-2D-OCA1, Columbus, OH 43212
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights:
- If you are a consumer, you may exercise your privacy rights using our Privacy Request Webform or by calling 1-844-541-4300 (12 p.m. - 6 p.m. ET, weekdays).
- You may authorize an agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. Please note, requests submitted by authorized agents also require verification of your identity before processing. Your authorized agent will need to complete the identity verification process explained in the preceding section. Nationwide may reject a request from an agent that fails to complete the identity verification process. Your authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using the Authorized Agent Webform or by calling 1-844-541-4300 (12 p.m. - 6 p.m. ET, weekdays).

If you receive emails from Nationwide and you would like to opt out of receiving those emails, please click the unsubscribe link within the email or manage your contact preferences in your online account.
